Binocular Observation Device
It is designed for observation of ground and aerial targets and determination of angular coordinates of targets from stationary and temporary observation units in day light and at night with the use of regular lighting systems.
It allows to make a change of direction of horizontal plate within a range of 360o and direction of vertical plate within a range from -20 to +60 oС. It is possible to mount it on tripod or pedestal.
